Goal achiever, passionate, positive and curious. These are the key drivers that led me to create Plan C. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally.

I genuinely believe in every individual, what makes my coaching style warm, open, positive & non-judgmental. Empathy is one of our biggest assets for development; Trust is our best partner.

In my personal life, I’ve been confronted with defining my identity during a hard challenge; pursue my ambition while having 2 kids at home in 17 months. At that time it seemed everything had changed outside; and I knew it was time to change something inside. I only can be grateful for the person I became thanks to this transition. Now it’s time to empower others.

In my professional life, leading international, multicultural and cross-generational teams in both corporate and start-up/scale-up organisations (Sony Europe, Vasco Data security/Onespan, Showpad), made me understand the importance of personal empowerment to successful navigate change, enjoy fast-paced environments and act as a true people leader.

It’s only by being aware of our personal strengths and weaknesses, embrace diversity and genuinely believing in our people, when purpose is found and true transformation begins for the leader, for the team, for the organization.

It’s time to question the success of traditional methods and focus on the Future of Work. That’s our Plan C.
